How to link to an external website or email address:

1. Type in what you want to link to
2. Highlight the word or phrase
3. With the word highlighted, click on the link icon (image of a world with a chain link) in the toolbar above
4. Select your link type from the drop down menu, then type in, or copy and paste, the web address or e-mail address you want to link to
5. SAVE
