What are the criteria for bing invited to contribute - only that one of the participants invite you?

The invitation is open to the regional arts community as a whole, especially anyone who is interested in or involved in the cultural development of our area. If you know someone who is interested, tell them to go to http://cdevgr.pbwiki.com and click on "request access." One of the administrators will arrange access as soon as possible.
